As CEO and Founder of AminoBae, Vasu Hooda, I believe in providing the best customer experience possible and have established a fair cancellation and refund policy. Under this policy:

• Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, if the orders have already been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the shipping process, cancellation requests may not be entertained.

• AminoBae does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items such as flowers or food items. However, refunds or replacements can be arranged if the customer can demonstrate that the quality of the product delivered is substandard.

• If you receive damaged or defective items, please report the issue to our Customer Service team promptly. The request will be processed once the merchant has verified and confirmed the issue. This must be reported within 2 days of receiving the products. If you believe the product received does not match the description on the website or meet your expectations, please notify our customer service within 2 days of receiving the product. Our Customer Service Team will investigate your complaint and make an appropriate decision.

• For products covered by warranties from manufacturers, any complaints should be directed to them.

• In the event of approved refunds by AminoBae, it may take 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed and credited to the customer's account.
